Bandung Africa Semi-Annual Progress Report

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Since the commencement of the 2026 calendar year, Bandung Africa, under the visionary leadership of Co-Chair Judge D. Peter Herbert OBE alongside fellow Co-Chairs, has significantly expanded its global diplomatic, legal, and advocacy footprint. The first six months of the year have been defined by high-level international representation, strategic alliances with sovereign embassies and multilateral bodies, grassroots youth empowerment, and rigorous technical preparations for the landmark Addis Ababa Conference 2026.
